Life Groups

Where the big church becomes a close family

You can slip in and out of a Sunday service unnoticed. It's much harder — and much better — to be known. That's what Life Groups are for.

Through the week, small groups of us gather in homes across Sea Point and the Atlantic Seaboard to share a meal, open the Bible together, pray for one another, and simply do life side by side.

It's ordinary and unhurried — a pot of tea, real conversation, a few laughs, and the slow, good work of becoming friends. For most people, it's the moment church stops feeling like an event and starts feeling like family.

There's a group for every age and stage, and you're welcome to visit one before you decide. No experience, no Bible knowledge and no commitment required — just come as you are.

How to join

Getting into a group is simple

  1. 1

    Let us know you're keen

Mention it after a Sunday service or drop us a message — we'll point you to a group that fits your area and stage.

  2. 2

    Visit for an evening

Come along once with no obligation. Share a meal, meet the group, and see how it feels.

  3. 3

    Make it home

If it's a fit, you're in — and you've just found a family in the middle of the city.
